      Variable frequency speed control, hard tooth surface gear reducer, 6-grade gear grinding precision.

      Calender roller gap: Manually set with a locking device.

      Screw Features:

      Screw: Double-cone converging screw with hard chrome-plated screw flanks and cooling water circulation inside the screw.

      Screw Gear and Bearing Lubrication: Gears and bearings are lubricated with thin oil, featuring an oil level indicator and alarm function.

      Variable frequency speed control, hard tooth surface gear reducer with 6-grade gear grinding precision.

      Extruder Barrel: Hollow cooling structure with a hard chrome-plated working surface.
