Rubber Sheet Water Cooling Machine（Single and double slot optional）

Scope of Application:

After the rubber products are mixed and compounded, they are cooled with frozen water, and then the anti-adhesive ANTITACK161 is added to help knead out the sheets, which can prevent mutual adhesion due to stacking and reduce the generation of dead rubber.

Machine Features:

1、Easy operation with adjustable speeds for both the front and rear rollers.

2、The water tank is constructed from imported SUS304 stainless steel, which is permanently rust-free and environmentally friendly.

3、The sheeting rollers are equipped with 6 water squeeze rubber rollers to ensure that the sheet material surface is free of moisture, with a flat surface and an integrated spray water system.

4、The use of DC motors or variable frequency drives for motor speed control allows for arbitrary speed adjustments, with a maximum speed of up to 25m / min.

5、The cooling water system utilizes a separate, split-type chiller with an aesthetically pleasing design, equipped with an original imported compressor and an automatic control system, allowing for temperature settings at will to facilitate production.
